I bumped my elbow against the wall and now my elbow has a protruberance. | Day 21 of 75
Day 21 of the Great Clock In (16th time at the gym) and I worked out with Frank! We did glutes and I'm actually surprised that I wasn't more sore from yesterday. I also bumped my elbow today when I fell down when we were hand wrestling.
Ate more protein today and lots of veggies and then boiled a bunch of eggs for this week. Went grocery shopping and drank tons of water.
Started packing for Florida and the weather was really nice so we actually walked home after our work out for a mile!
Planning on some step practice tomorrow maybe before church and maybe going to the gym after going to afternoon tea!
