I am going to lose my freaking mind! | Day 46 of 75
Day 46 of the Great Clock In (35th time at the gym) and personal training with Jack. I am dead from the workout.
Finally back down to 145.8! Excited to see what I weigh in at tomorrow and at the end of the week since I've really been trying to keep up my water intake and have been working on keeping my weight down this month and eating a lot of protein.
My weight might be slightly up tomorrow because of how sore I will be and because of water retention from weight lifting but we did dead lifts, farmer carries, pull ups, and lots of lats.
I also ran a 10 minute mile for 20 minutes before my workout, I did a warm up and then ran for 12 minutes and hit 1.06.
Had a giant protein shake this morning which was lunch, my collagen coffee was basically dinner, and then delicious Mediterranean for early dinner!
Super proud of myself for working really hard today.
