Day 43 of the Great Clock In (32nd time at the gym) and personal training with Jack.

Dead. We did farmers carry, lats, and I was sweating in my very Christmasy outfit.

But I am super proud of the fact that I have been to the gym so many times in the past 2 months and that we are getting close to the end of the year and that I've been consistently working out and enjoying it!
