Day 49 of the Great Clock In (38th time at the gym) and Happy New Year's Eve!

I didn't go to the gym 39 times in December but I'll be aiming for going to the gym really consistently in January because I signed up for Stepbet again!

Did some stairmaster today, some VO2 Max training, pull ups, and splits stretching!

I pushed myself and was able to hit 1.08 but I think I'll try to do some more warm ups and then running regularly, and hopefully I can hit 1.1 in January!!

Excited to be doing my Clock in Cut as well so hopefully I can get my steps in with my walking pad this year.

Weighed in at 146 again but my heart rate is down to the low 50s recently which I've been really happy about. Hoping to keep up the Zone 2 cardio and continue to lower my heart rate!
