what are you, a monk? | Day 48 of 75
Day 48 of the Great Clock In (37th time at the gym) and only 3 days left of 2025!
I didn't go to the gym as much as I wanted to in December, but I am aiming to still hit a milestone of 39 times this month!
Forced myself to go to the gym today to some Zone 2 training, so I did 15 min on the stairmaster, pull ups and some stretching! Planning on going the last 2 days of the year so I can hit my goal for December.
I am going to be joining the Great Clock in Cut and focus a ton on my diet in January and reduce personal training to about once a week or so.
Also feeling like I am kind of ready for this year to be over already. This kind of goes to show just how hard a 75 day challenge is in terms of being super consistent/daily. After this new year, I'll be starting up a new challenge and I think I'll try for 26 days!
