You’re evil like a hobbit | Day 45 of 75
Day 45 of the Great Clock In (34th time at the gym) and personal training with Jack. We went super hard today on lats, biceps, and legs.
I went in early and did around 20 min of stairmaster, zone 2 and intermittent fasted for about 17ish hours. Today, I made a gyro, tomato and onion salad, and some tzatziki with full fat greek yogurt!
Planning on having an early dinner and doing some more intermittent fasting tomorrow!
My goal is to be down to 145 by the end of this month, which I think will be doable for me if I add in IF and more Zone 2 training.
