you’re such a good friend…..| Day 46 of 75

Day 47 of the Great Clock In (38th time at the gym) and I worked out with Frank! Last week, I was on my periodddd and it was pretty rough. So I took it easy, took lots of baths, ate more carbs, and rested. After a week, or let's be real, more like 2 weeks since Christmas and cold weather, I am weighing back in at 144 again! Yayyyy! 

Today we did stair master in Zone 2 for about 20 minutes, charged up the car and did pull ups as well.

I'm going to do my best to keep up my zone 2 training in January and want to keep improving my VO2 max as well. I'm planning on being consistent with trying to get to 1.5 miles in 12 minutes and want to try at least once a week to improve.

My goal for January is to be able to run 1.1 miles in 12 minutes which I think I can do if I warm up for longer and don't take a break in the middle of my run. I also signed up for a free stepbet in January so I'll be walking a lot because of that too!
