Sometimes I'll start a sentence, and I don't even know where it's going. I just hope I find it along the way. | Day 7 of 26

Day 6 of the Great Clock In (43rd time at the gym) and and personal training with Jack. Did my InBody Scan and I weighed in at 144, which isn't bad all things considered. I lost some muscle since November, and my body fat is up, so I definitely have some things I want to work on for this month. 

A little disappointing but I definitely was as consistent at the gym in December because I was so busy with work and it was so cold out. I still went 12 times (13 because I went twice one day) and did a good amount of Zone 2 cardio. But after the first half of the month, I definitely went way less and took a pretty long break during my period as well.

I think tomorrow I'll work on some of my VO2 Max training so that I can get closer to my goal of running a faster mile and go for a Step Power Day. 

I am still aiming to be down 2 lbs by the end of the month which I think is doable if I amp up the intermittent fasting and maybe do an OMAD when Frank is at work.

I'll also be aiming to drink a lot of water this week and maybe Hot Yoga if I have time.
