What's up spinstahs?? | Day 2 of 26

Day 1 of the Great Clock In Cut (40th time at the gym) and I am DEAD. I did the first work out with Frank and it was legs and squats plus wall sits which was TOUGH. We did some pull ups which I am definitely getting stronger at, which I'm pretty happy about.

I did intermittent fast yesterday until Blanket Meeting this morning, and weighed in at 145 lbs again. We ate some rice and ground beef for lunch and dinner was roasted broccoli, cherries, garlic yogurt and the left over ground beef from lunch!

Tomorrow, I'm planning on doing some zone 2 so I can close all 3 rings on my fitness app, I'm on a streak of 3 days so far so I just need 4 more days in a row to get my badge!
