Day 10 of the Great Clock In (45th time at the gym) and personal training with Jack.
Only 6 more times to go to hit my milestone at the gym and I think I can definitely do that in January!
Did a quick 30 minute work out and my day ended up being so crazy busy. But I'm glad I got a quick one in because we did some legs and I definitely feel it today.
Ended up getting my steps at the mall too! Also, I weighed in at 145 so I'm still definitely going to work on my Zone 2 during my period that's coming up.
