Day 22 of the Great Clock In (52nd time at the gym) and personal training with Jack. Today was pretty brutal since it's the first time in like 2 months that I've done personal training with Jack but on the plus side, I did an inBody scan and I was pretty happy with the results!
My body fat % is down and my muscle mass is only slightly down from my highest. So maintenance is good and in March, I'll be focusing on consistency and more weight lifting. I want to work on less sugar and drinking more water.
My goal for the end of March is to be down to 140 and to be down to 138 by the end of April which I think is doable!
But man, Mercury Retrograde is in full effect...The internet really does not want to work today!
