May your hats fly as high as your dreams.
Checking in on my 2026 goals and recapping how I did in January!
PERSONAL FITNESS
1. Keep track of how many times I have used the Sauna in 2026
It thankfully started getting really warm in January!! But I definitely used it about 8 times!
2. Work on my VO2 Max
My goal for January is to hit 1.1 miles in 12 minutes. I had jury duty most of January which really messed up my gym schedule so I didn't do any running. I am still aiming for 1.2 miles in 12 minutes in Feb and 1.3 miles in 12 minutes in March and will report back on my running project!
3. The Great Clock In Cut Program starting on Jan 5!
Same thing here, started the program and ended up getting jury duty and did not work out after I got home.
4. Decrease Body Fat Percentage to 25% and decrease weight to 130 lbs
So this month's goal is 142, and I weighed in at 142-144 lbs.
Next month, I am aiming for 140, I want to be down 2 lbs by the end of February.
5. Zone 2 training for 45 minutes once a week
Been doing tons of Zone 2 because of Stepebet which is a lot harder to do with 2 businesses and fewer color analysis clients! I wasn't very consistent with this in January so I'm going to really try to work on this in February
