Oh no, it’s bad. It’s real bad. | Day 4 of 10
Day 4 of my challenge, had some high protein burritos with ground beef and egg and some beef broth for dinner!
Went to the gym and had personal training with Jack (62nd time at the gym)! We did arms and back and hamstrings. I am dead. Pull ups, RDL's, lats, and lots of core. I was a little sore from legs and arms last week but not too bad.
