What kind of bear is best? | Day 7 of 10

Day 7 of my challenge, and did a shorter stint at the gym because I needed protein so I was feeling tired (64th time at the gym). Did some pull ups, some kettle bell swings, some bicep curls and shoulder press and some squats.

Had a protein shake which I was proud of myself for and then I pulled my back...so I might take a quick break from working out for a little.
