Early morning gym session with Julie (73rd time at the gym)!! We did 30 minutes of arms and legs, and then we hopped into the sauna. I sweated a ton again and felt really good! Weighed in at 143 this morning and I'm gonna be working on drinking a ton of water today. Tomorrow is massage and hoping to jump in the sauna again!
Ordered my new running shoes so I'm excited to try those out when they come and start running too.
