WITCH! What have you done to my body. | Day 7 of 10
Sauna and gym session with Daisy (75th time at the gym)! I was STILL sore from doing legs with Julie on Wednesday. We did 100 squats and 100 glute bridges and then stretched and sauna. Afterward we got Cava which was DELICIOUS.
I haven't been consistently weighing myself so I'm going to start doing that again this month and then get another InBody scan soon because I want to see if I've built any muscle from the past month!
