No arms or legs is basically how you exist right now, you don’t do anything! | Day 6 of Week 2

Personal training today and we did arms (88th time at the gym)!! I was originally feeling ambitious and had scheduled like 4 personal training sessions but my ankle wasn't feeling great so I ended up reducing it this week and did my InBody Scan.

Weight went down, fat went down but muscle stayed the same. Still at 31.7% body fat and 54.5 lbs of muscle.
