we don't need them touchin our asses | Day 7 of Week 2
Personal training part two and I ran to the gym (89th time at the gym)!! Ankle felt better so we did some RDL's and pull ups and I was able to walk back home and my ankle was fine!
I ended up also going to the sauna this week but didn't do much exercise other than that this week so I'm not going to blog about it. Here's to next week!
