Checking in on my 2026 goals and recapping how I did in June!

 PERSONAL FITNESS

1. Use the Sauna 100 times in 2026

Since joining EOS gym, I've used the sauna 11 times so far since June 22.

2. Get to a VO2 Max of 34

Ran 2 miles without stopping! Still working on getting my heart rate down and running more regularly. I want to set a goal around this for July.

3. Do 1 unassisted Pull up

I think this is a good goal before the end of the year

4. Decrease Body Fat Percentage to 25% and decrease weight to 130 lbs

Muscle mass still at 54.7 and body fat is about the same, aiming for 56 lbs of muscle in July!! Planning on getting down to 141 in July before I do my next scan.

5. Rebounding for 10 minutes a day 100 times

Want to set a schedule for this but boy the dogs have been enjoying sleeping on it

WRITING and reading

6. Finish 2 books a month

9. Declutter my clothing Project until I wear everything I own

Progress: Donations to Goodwill again and decided to declutter some of my clothes to Sarah because I ran out of hangers again, so planning on trying to alter some of my clothes with Anna. 

10. Clean off surfaces in the house and have a place to store everything and put them back

Progress: Planning on cleaning out garage this month during Mercury Retrograde

11. Pan 2 lipsticks

Have been enjoying a more matte/blotted lip lately so trying to switch out some of the lipsticks I am trying to pan....

12. Pan an eyeshadow

Done!!

13. Pan a perfume

Calling this done! I only have a little left to fit into a different container!

14. Finish up 3 containers of tea before Summer

Done! Finished up my dandelion tea and purchased some more.

FAMILY/FRIENDS

15. Plan our 2025 trips

Planned 2 more trips!! Looking forward to Vancouver and Austin :) 

16. Do the splits

I practiced a good amount in June but want to be more consistent in July

17. Finish my second pair of socks!

FINISHED!!! My first goal of the year!!

18. Finish my first knitted garment 

19. Finish a baby quilt for Sera

Almost done with my first quilt and I am aiming to finish this before Sera comes in June!

20. Meditate for 10 minutes a day for 90 days

Planning on taking a class with Julie

21. Train Hazel and take her on walks 75 times (before Vancouver trip)

Trying to take Hazel for morning walks and nightly walks

22. Finish organizing all of my random notes (270 of them) into 1 system using a Second Brain or Todoist

23. Post my progress regarding these resolutions on this blog on the first day of every month.

7/23 so far in June, I revised some of my goals, and planning on changing them up for next month as well depending on some life news...
