I am here to SCARE YOU STRAIGHT! | Day 28 of 90

Today, I went to Fitness 19 and did a Body Scan which showed that I had lost 1.3 lbs of muscle since Aug 2024, and gained about 2.7 lbs of fat, a good amount of that muscle being in my arms and trunk!

I did some Red Light therapy and Sauna today at Fitness 19 and have 2 days left on my trial. I'll be checking out 24 hour Fitness after that for 3 days and then deciding where I want to join up. I am going to ask if I can redo the inBody Scan tomorrow since I had just eaten lunch and plan on fasting after an early dinner tonight.

Some goals for this blog:

1. Drink a protein shake 5 days in a row

Figure out what I like, bananas, blueberries, type of protein powder and mix it up from time to time.

2. Drink 2 Stanleys a day (including tea) and track this progress

This week it's been cold and I've been drinking my tea. I could pretty easily measure how much tea I'm drinking if I figure out how many oz of water my cup holds!

3. Plan out my meals before I go grocery shopping

I have those 3 goals and I want to work on them daily and write about my progress here.

If I could do this in the next 90 days, I would be happy:

1. Bring my body fat % down to 29%

2. Bring my weight down to 136 lbs

3. Bring my body muscle mass up to 58 lbs (+4)

4. Bring my Body fat mass down to 39 lbs

Today I had some organic chicken meatballs, stir fried cabbage and carrots, and a protein shake! I'll be going grocery shopping today, so I'll take a look at some things I can food prep for this week.
