Sorry I annoyed you with my friendship! | Day 18 of 90
Caught up with my dear friend, Sarah in Newport Beach and am excited to see some of my friends in February at conference, but really hoping to exercise and look my best before then, T-2 weeks and 2 days! So for the next 16 days, I am going to work on doing a 16:8 fast, and planning out my meals to eat and early dinner and a late breakfast/lunch.

-Sausage and tomato pasta
-Wild Rice Burrito Bowl
-Pizza
-Focaccia bread
-Fried pork belly?
-Roasted potatoes
