Poop is raining from the ceilings. Poop! | Day 30 of 90

Day 2 of stool sampling for my husband, who has quite the gag reflex, poor hubby.

Anyway, hard shift in tone, made some garlic pasta yesterday which was amazing, and I still have leftover protein shake from yesterday. Planning on making another protein shake today with a different recipe and want to use up the many frozen bananas I have in the freezer. Turned out delicious and thinner which I enjoyed.

Yesterday I used:

-Bananas

-Spinach

-Blueberries

-Cocoa powder

-Chia seeds

-Flax seed

-Protein Powder

-Vanilla Yogurt

Here is my reflection for this week:

Some of the things I'm grateful for this week is checking out Fitness 19 because it is getting me hyped up about eating right and losing weight as well as going to the sauna again.

I'm also grateful for how much I cooked this week.

How are my goals going, am I on track or off track?

Goals are going great, making some progress toward my goals by defining and tweaking goals that are meaningful to me. This week I spent time listening to The Lazy Genius Podcast, reading Revelations, and working out at the gym.

What went well this week:
Finally got to Intermittent Fast, did a 4 hour closet clean out, had 3 appointments this week, stretched 3 times with Amber, and made a protein shake, and went to the gym twice. Hit the sauna twice and did a trainwell workout. I've also been really enjoying writing down my thoughts via voice notes and doing my one line a day journal. This week, the Focus Labs have been very effective and enjoyable as well! Sometimes I find body doubling to be more hit or miss but it's been going great for me so far.

What didn't go well:

All in all, a really good week with solid effort and progress. I do wish that I had slept a little bit earlier by winding down earlier so I could have gotten more sleep in on the days when I had to wake up early.

I wish I had more clients in March, but I only have 3 more for the rest of the month, which is a little bit of a bummer considering I was so busy this time around last year. I'm not a huge fan of marketing and networking but I think I might have to do that later this month.

What did I learn from it?

There is a chance that I might start doing the Google Ads again with DV Living and that I might try to do vendor markets at Crunch Fitness, in addition to my email marketing. I also want to email business owners to get their colors done.

In what ways did I not act in line with my intentions for last week?

I didn't get to sign up for the pickleball classes that I wanted to get into and didn't make a ton of time for tidying or decluttering this week.

What would I like to change next week?

I would like to think about how I can make my mornings more enjoyable so I can have something to look forward to in my morning routines. Will think on this more.

How can I prepare to have a joyful week?

Coaching is coming up, so I can look back on what I learned about myself last time. I have my crochet class tomorrow which I am excited for, Mochi's evaluation so she can start taking obedience classes, and my first bible study this Thursday. I'll also be volunteering next week and I want to check out the 24 hour fitness near me and decide on a gym as well.

What are 3 things I would like to accomplish to have the best possible week

1. Drink a protein shake 5 days in a row

Figure out what I like, bananas, blueberries, type of protein powder and mix it up from time to time.

2. Drink 2 Stanleys a day (including tea) and track this progress

3. Intermittent Fast twice next week
