Day 8 of the Great Clock In (46th time at the gym) and personal training with Jack. I so did not want to go to the gym today but I pushed through!!

Did some more back squats until failure and I'm not feeling that sore today even though I didn't eat that much protein.

Did another InBody Scan and it showed the daily fluctuation as me being up a pound (I came in after lunch), up 3 lbs of muscle, and down 2% in body fat. So I will definitely have to plan on going in for a DEXA scan when I am at my ideal body weight.

Yesterday I went for a really long walk and got my power goal! But I have jury duty today so I'm gonna try to get some bible reading done and then go to the gym before small group (hopefully) and get some lifting in.

Also, I'm starting my period soon so I think I need to start adding my creatine back in.
