Just do your work...while you still can. | Day 19 of 26

Day 18 of the Great Clock In (50th time at the gym) and did some stair master, some squats, some kettlebell swings and some hip thrusts and boy was I sore for days after!! I did some pull ups too and am planning on starting a new 14 day challenge for the next 2 weeks. Mercury Retrograde is just around the corner and I want to have a goal to work toward!
