What part of shorn't don't you understand? | Day 24 of 26

Day 23 of the Great Clock In (54th time at the gym) and I went to the gym with Brooke! Did some running and was able to run for 12 minutes without stopping which I was really happy about.

I was able to do some glutes, some arms and some abs, and glad that I went at all, even though I was feeling tired and unmotivated because of Mercury Retrograde.

I was looking back on my stats from 2024 and saw that I was pretty much in the same spot as I am currently, in terms of muscle mass which is a little disappointing.

I definitely want to gain more muscle in 2026 and want to incorporate that into a goal of mine so that I can also decrease my body fat % even more. In 2024, I was about 137-141 and went from 50lbs of muscle to 54 lbs. Currently, I am at 142-143 lbs and am at 54.7 with my highest range being at 55.1 lbs.

I would like to aim for 60 lbs of muscle this year and to increase in muscle mass every month consistently through weight training and increasing protein intake!
