I am in the fight of my life right now | Day 6 of 10

630 am work out gangggg (69th time at the gym) Pull ups + back and back squats today, and I actually hit a PR, woohoo!! 155 pounds, 55 weight on either side and I did almost 5 reps!

Pretty proud of myself and did my Inbody scan this morning after eating korean bbq last night. Stats:

53.8 lbs of muscle

144.5 lb weigh in

32.7% body fat

Unfortunately, even though I've been getting stronger, it looks like I lost some weight in my legs. Looking back, Jan-Feb didn't go to the gym very much bc of jury duty but started to get back into it. March I went 12 times and in April so far I am at 4 times. Not super psyched that it looks like I lost some leg muscle since Feb but going to be focusing on that in April!
