Checking in on my 2026 goals and recapping how I did in March!
PERSONAL FITNESS
1. Keep track of how many times I have used the Sauna in 2026
Didn't use the Sauna much in March but we did go to the Korean spa! And that made me really want to get a dry sauna. It is finally getting a little cold again after a heat wave so planning on using the sauna then.
2. Get to a VO2 Max of 34
In March, I didn't get to run much, so for April, I'm still aiming for 1.26 and am going to try running when I'm at conference for HOC and using the gym in the hotels!
3. The Great Clock In Cut Program restarting on April 1!
4. Decrease Body Fat Percentage to 25% and decrease weight to 130 lbs
I didn't get to do an Inbody before my period came so planning on updating this post after I do.
5. Zone 2 training for 45 minutes once a week
WRITING and reading
6. Finish 2 books a month
Went to Silent Book club and working on finishing up some books from last year. I had read a lot of books that I had forgotten to keep track of in my tracker, so some of them were also mixed in from last year or reread. I also met my reading goal for the month by reading romance novels, so I want to up my goal next year and also finish up books that I had started in 2025.

9. Declutter my clothing Project
I decided to work on a project where I declutter my clothes and work through them once to two times a week for 10-20 minutes! My goal is to have all of my clothes decluttered and sorted out and donated by June.
I made some huge process by recently donating a ton of clothes that were polyester and am really happy with having a smaller closet!
10. Clean off surfaces in the house and have a place to store everything and put them back
I haven't figured out a trigger for this but after dinner might be a good idea for me. Especially since by 4pm I am so done with working for the day.
11. Pan 2 lipsticks
Hit pan on one of my lip balms!
12. Pan an eyeshadow
Done!!
13. Pan a perfume
Making progress here
14. Finish up 3 containers of tea before Summer
Done! Finished up my dandelion tea and purchased some more.

Booked Airbnb for Florida and hoping to go to NY this year.

17. Finish my second pair of socks!
FINISHED!!! My first goal of the year!!
18. Finish my first sewn garment
Almost done with my first quilt and I am aiming to finish this before I visit Sera in May!
20. Finish organizing all of my random notes (270 of them) into 1 system
21. Post my progress regarding these resolutions on this blog on the first day of every month.
5/21 so far in March is not too shabby! Hoping to make progress on 1-2 of my goals next month.
