Wasn't very sore after my squat work out this week so used a heavier kettlebell this time (30 lb) instead of a 25 and did some more sets to get my heart rate up. Did some lateral raises and shoulder press and did some pull ups too! (68th time at the gym)!
Only a few days left until San Diego and my weigh in. In 2024, I was at 138 lbs and 51 lbs of muscle. Last year I was somehow at 142 and 53 lb of muscle mass. This year, I'm currently at 143 and 55 lbs of muscle but planning on doing an InBody this week before San Diego and updating my monthly blog to see where I'm at!
