Every second you sit there is an hour off your life. | Day 10 of 10 (Round 3)

Early morning gym session, did some pull ups, leg press, stretching and sauna session (77th time at the gym!).

Weighed in at 145 this morning and intermittent fasted for 15 hours and did some cleaning this morning. 

Planning on some tacos for lunch and then dinner will be hanging out with Daisy and Jonathan!
