Standing is proven to be healthier, increases productivity and just looks cooler. | Day 5 of Week 1

Sleep wasn't great last night because of Mochi dog getting up and having a really hard time falling asleep afterward at 5, but I eventually made it to sleep. 

This morning I went to the gym and ran a mile or two, although I forgot to use Strava (oops). Stretched for a while and then I sat in the sauna for a few minutes and got my day started (81st time at the gym)!!

Period is almost over!
