Hey! Everyone, I am officially streamlining the efficiency of this corporation. | Day 2 of Week 2
Personal training today was killer (84th time at the gym)! InBody didn't seem super accurate so I'm going to ignore that for now. We did abs, RDL's, back squats and it was toughh!
Went to the sauna afterward and walked the dogs!
Still a little sore but excited to get some miles in this week.
