Checking in on my 2026 goals and recapping how I did in May!
PERSONAL FITNESS
1. Use the Sauna 100 times in 2026
Since joining EOS gym, I've used the sauna 6 times so far in May.
2. Get to a VO2 Max of 34
Got my new running shoes! Planning on practicing running faster and more often in June.
3. Restarting The Great Clock In Cut Program in June.
Started doing some of the exercises again but decided to focus on legs for June.
4. Decrease Body Fat Percentage to 25% and decrease weight to 130 lbs
Muscle mass went up to 54.7! Working on getting back up to my peak of 55.1 from January, so I think I'm going to work on consistently doing some squats at home.
Weight has stayed relatively the same, 143.5, and this month, I am focusing on zone 2 and cardio!
Body fat is at 31.3% and down from last month which I am happy about! Even eating dessert at reunion, I am happy that my BF is trending downwards and I want to get back down to my best at 30.6%
Aiming for 56 lbs of muscle in June!! Planning on getting down to 141 in June before I do my next scan.
5. Rebounding for 10 minutes a day until it becomes a habit
Started rebounding and enjoying doing that and planning on adding this to my morning routine to add some energy to my days in the morning.

6. Finish 2 books a month
Read a bunch of books this month!

Super behind on this as well but planning on catching up this week.

9. Declutter my clothing Project until I wear everything I own
Progress: More donations to Goodwill and found some more things for me to declutter including plastic!
10. Clean off surfaces in the house and have a place to store everything and put them back
Progress: Spent time decluttering some of my papers and having guests over next week which will be a forcing function!
11. Pan 2 lipsticks
Decided to switch out my red mini lipstick for my Bite Beauty Lipstick.
12. Pan an eyeshadow
Done!!
13. Pan a perfume
Calling this done! I only have a little left to fit into a different container!
14. Finish up 3 containers of tea before Summer
Done! Finished up my dandelion tea and purchased some more.
FAMILY/FRIENDS
15. Plan our 2025 trips
San Diego was a really great vacation and reset and looking forward to Florida. Hoping to plan a trip to New Orleans next year!
16. Do the splits
This is going to be a priority for me in June. I want to hold my stretches for 1.5-2 minutes at a time!
17. Finish my second pair of socks!
FINISHED!!! My first goal of the year!!
18. Finish my first knitted garment
Almost done with my first quilt and I am aiming to finish this before Sera comes in June!
21. Finish organizing all of my random notes (270 of them) into 1 system using a Second Brain or Todoist
22. Post my progress regarding these resolutions on this blog on the first day of every month.
7/22 so far in May and we are getting to the halfway point of the year soon! Hoping to make progress on 1-2 of my goals next month.
