Picture someone doing something heroic. Now was he sitting or standing? | Day 6 of Week 1
Went to the gym and did a bunch of weighted squats to warm up, and MAN was I tired from that. Then I ran two miles because I hadn't gone in a bit, although I forgot to use Strava again.. Stretched for a while and then I sat in the sauna for a few minutes and got my day started (82nd time at the gym)!
Goal is to run about 2 miles 3 times a week or so!
