I am bacchus god of wine
Checking in on my 2026 goals and recapping how I did in September!
PERSONAL FITNESS
1. 1 month of Classpass and 1 month of Ladder
Now that we're in the second trimester, I've been working out more and doing weekly corepower, and some workouts with moms! So this month, in addition to weekly walks with other moms, I've started a Classpass trial and once that is done, I'm planning on doing another Ladder trial!
2. Building muscle to prepare for baby using the Alo app :)
Planning on using the free Alo app for the prenatal programs after the monthly trials for Classpass and Ladder!
3. Weekly yoga class and walks with moms/Bunda once a month!
Been going to weekly Corepower which has been great, and now planning on doing Bunda once a month as well.
4. Working on a 3 minute plank.
Pausing on too many fitness goals during pregnancy and post partum. Planning on updating this goal to be about daily stretching.
